I'm Jesse Gill,
Your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

I am a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Since joining Vasav Health, I have been committed to providing compassionate and individualized care, working closely with my patients to develop collaborative, goal-driven treatment plans.

I believe that mental health affects every part of life. My passion is for addressing mental wellness as a core component of overall health, ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and empowered on their journey.

My career in healthcare began as a registered nurse in the ICU here in the Dallas metroplex. For over four years, I not only developed a strong foundation in critical care but also saw firsthand how deeply mental health impacts physical health. Many of my patients presented with co-occurring psychiatric needs, which sparked my desire to specialize in this field.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and completed my advanced practice nursing education at West Coast University. My background in both social work and addiction recovery informs my holistic and empathetic approach to patient care.
